Set behind its own gate in the forested hills of Wayanad, Z'IN Holidays is the flagship of our four properties — a villa resort built for families and groups who want space, privacy, and a pool of their own. Yellow-walled cottages with maroon-tiled roofs sit around manicured lawns and coconut palms, with stone pathways connecting each block.

Rooms are finished in teak, with wide beds, flat-screen TVs, and attached bathrooms. Step outside and you're either by the pool, in the garden, or in the games room for a quiet evening in.
